  1. The Status Egg is located between the Queue and the Life Vials. It shows the state of the game and marks progress in gameplay.

  3. ‚Ä¢¬†When eyes are displayed, no game is in progress. You are free to use the menubar, study the Fools‚Äô List, or quit the game.

  5. ‚Ä¢¬†When hands are displayed, the game is in either a paused or modal state, waiting for a click or keypress.
  6.  
  7. ‚Ä¢¬†When skulls are displayed, a game is over.
  8.  
  9. ‚Ä¢¬†During an active game, the Status Egg shows your score.
